You have 7 days from the receipt of your package to request an exchange. It’s important that the clothing is in perfect condition and with its original tags to process the exchange. Please note that exchanges will be made exclusively as store credit, which will expire 3 months from the date of issuance. If you choose to return the item, you need to bring the package to our physical store; if you prefer to send it by mail, the customer will bear all shipping costs and the process associated with the return. At our online store, we will process your shipment within 24 to 48 hours after your purchase. We ship worldwide; however, for Puerto Rico, the package will take approximately 5 to 7 business days in addition to the processing time. For the United States, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days from the moment the shipment is processed. Once we have prepared your shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor your package at all times.
